23/12/2014 | HOW TO GET RID OF DEBTS – Brother Ransome | #ROR Daily Devotionals … We Bless The Day!

Many Christians have settled for a strong sense and state of hopelessness about their finances, they feel they will always swim in an endless ocean of want, lack and borrowing, they have thrown in the towel because of their debt dilemma, the thoughts of unpaid bills constantly occupy their minds and steals away their joy.

Debts have broken many homes, depriving them of happy days, for most families, the joy is gone immediately from payday, leaving dreams shattered not because some of these believers are dishonest or not hardworking, but they keep sliding into debts over and over no matter how much they try.

If you are in such position or you have a friend, loved one or a relative in such critical situation, I have good news for you. God is as concerned about your financial breakthrough and good income stability as he is concerned about your salvation and every part of your life. The same freedom you have received for the salvation of your soul is also responsible for the prosperity of your body.

Firstly, you must accept that God wants you rich; He delights and He takes pleasure in your prosperity [Psalm 35: 27]. God is glorified when your financial status increases. Being poor or loaded with debts doesn’t glorify God. God doesn’t use poverty to train His children. That’s why He is your shepherd and you shouldn’t want or lack [Psalm 23: 1].

You must accept what Jesus did for you in its totality, fully embrace it and make it a present – day reality in your life. He became poor so you might be rich; he became a debtor to make us free from the penalty, that through this poverty, you might be rich. You must accept this simple truth and let it be driven into your spirit [2Corinthians 8: 9].

Hard work, human supply or connection cannot break you free from debt. Debts are broken by the release of financial miracles and miracles are released based on your faith by in the Word of God and acting on it. “If the son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed[John 8: 36].

Faith in God’s Word and acting on what the Word says about your finances will bring you into a lifestyle that will force a miracle which will transform you from lack into abundance, from not enough to enough, then more than enough, from little fruits to more fruits, then to much fruits [John 15: 1 – 7].

The miracle of cancelled debts or having more than enough is taught in God’s word. In 2 kings 4: 1 – 7, a widow was left with great debts at her husband death, but her faith in the man of God, and obedience brought her out of destitution and the many years of a beggar she would have been.

All you need do is to exercise faith in the word of God and give something precious as seed out of your debt. You need to allow God’s word take charge of your soul, dig into the Word, and claim his promises concerning your finances and you’re in for an unforgettable financial miracle in your life, business, and family.
