Ephesians 1: 13 – 14 [KJV] … In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
One biggest reality of our salvation is the fact that it is not a temporary one. What Jesus did on our behalf is permanent and secured. It has a security system on it. The Father establishes it; Jesus ratifies it, the Holy seals and secures it.
The Holy Spirit is the guarantor of our redemptive rights in Christ; He guides and brings to light everything God did for us in Christ; what He is doing in us and what He will yet do in us. He is the one who presents us before the Father in the face of Jesus (The Word) and He gives meaning to everything.
The Holy Spirit would never operate outside the word. Even, in the creation, the Spirit was inactive until “the word” was released. Everything remained chaotic until there was “a word’. The Holy Spirit alone can work, He works alongside the Word. He established and confirms everything with the truth of God’s word, He is always in agreement with what the word says and He testifies, secures and confirms every word.
With Him (The Holy Spirit) in me, everything is safe and secured. Nothing can be lost, missing or broken. He guides, directs and protects till the end of days. He is the indwelling presence of God in you, and also the infilling power at work in you. (Hebrews 13: 5)
There’s an ongoing work of the Holy Ghost in you; He is there to teach, direct, instruct and guide you; all you need do is to constantly yield to his leading and give more room for His expression and manifestation in your life. While you’re reading and studying your Bible, He’s with you speaking to you and even while you’re actively involved in other duties, you can always hear Him to guide, comfort and support you. You duty is to yield to him and you’ll be fine all day long in His hands safe and secured. Glory to God!
CONFESSION – I got the Holy Ghost in me, I am secured, guided, directed and comforted always. I yield and respond to the leading and the working of God’s spirit in me. Glory to God!
