Jesus prohibited worry. Worry is devastating. When you worry, you are choosing to be mastered by your circumstances instead by the truth of God. To worry is to live in unbelief, and operating in unbelief is sin; though a trivial sin, but it strikes a blow at the person and character of God. When you worry, you are displaying your lack of trust in Heavenly Father.

Worrying can alter your health and speed up the ageing process. Worrying makes you prone to depression. When you worry, your body responds to anxiety and emotional breakdown just the same way it would react to physical danger. Worrying paralyzes you, making you too upset to accomplish anything productive.  An anxious heart weighs a man down and a broken spirit dries the bone.

Philippian 4: 6 – 7 [KJV] – Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

God is concerned about everything that happens to us. No worry is too big or too small for His attention. When we give God our problems, He promises to give us the peace which transcends all understanding. To live in a perpetual state of worry and have no faith in God is unpleasant to Him; worry makes our mind insensitive to His Word and His directions.

Worry about nothing, everything would come along and fall in place for you. Don’t be poised to pounce. Excessive worrying leads to depression and hardens your heart to the reality of the promises revealed in the Word. Fear not, fret not, but forge ahead always and celebrate the precious gift of every new day. So much lies ahead of you, don’t let impatience and worry lay grip on you.  Nothing is worth worrying about, everything is worth praying about. Cheer up and win from the inside out.

CONFESSION – I refuse to worry or fret. I am a champion and a winner always. I turn all awful situations for my good and benefits because the greater one lives on my inside. I rejoice!
