Philippians 4: 19 [KJV] – But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

The word supply here is translated from the Greek “pleroo” which means “to make surplus”. God’s desire is not just to meet our needs but to make His supply surplus, to bless us abundantly so that we can have more than enough. We can have much more than we bargain for, we can receive in large quantities even much more than what we can ever ask or fathom; because His supply is not based on our bank account or what we have in store but according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Whenever there is a need, there is a supply system that is ready to meet that need. We must be rest assured that the resources available to us in Christ Jesus are inexhaustible and it surpasses every kind of need we might be facing. We see the supply, not the need; we voice our abundance in Christ, not the lack we are facing; we fix our gaze on Jesus and set our hearts on the realities of the Word. We have all things given to us in Christ Jesus, and we draw out to drink and live from the river that never runs dry.

Glory to God!!!
